New York by Gehry Apartments

Apartment rent is $60,000 per month; but hey, you'll save money by not needing to buy expensive art. The penthouse apartments are in the building at 8 Spruce St. in lower Manhattan, which was originally known as Beekman Tower and currently marketed as New York by Gehry. The building is distinctive with its undulating waves exterior design. It's the highest residential building in the Western Hemisphere at 76 stories and 870 feet tall. Architect of the building, Frank Gehry himself will rent there. InFocusTech makes a replica of this building.
