Buildings for Trade

Most collectors find themselves with double or extra souvenir buildings with few outlets for them. Back in the day, we’d advertise our “traders” and snail-mail out lists to fellow collectors to make a swap. The SBCS convention’s sale / swap is always a good way to trade, but it only occurrs once a year. Then eBay came along. Now, we could find new items for our collections and sell others. However, there’s just something about trading that is fun and rewarding. You get to work out a deal and possibly meet someone new. So, to move the “trade list” to the latest level, I’ve published a new website called Buildings for Trade and so far have about 60 items for trade or sale. I will update the site with new finds and additional items as I can photograph them and write a small description. Check it out and let me know if you have something to trade and see something on my site you like. Perhaps we can work out a trade.

It would not be so easy to add other people's trade to this site, but you can easily set up your own trade blog on blogger - set up an account (its free), create a simple blog and start uploading your photos. Then we can send links of trades to each other and increase our collections.
