Skyscraper Chairs

Its been fashionable for architects to design furniture. Well-known architects have created furniture with architectural styles or features for some time. Frank Lloyd Wright designed not only his houses, but much of the interior furniture for his homes and buildings. Back in 1985-1988, Kubagon created a collection called the "New York Skyscraper Chairs." Industrial Designer JJ Gontarczyk made the set utilizing reclaimed parts of office swivel chairs, the ebonized hardwood seat backs have silver and gold inlays to create an illusion of lighted windows. I've also written before about building-shaped furniture
