Jim Redwine Author and Collector 1930-2013

James Louis Redwine Sr. died on October 5^th 2013 in Florissant, Missouri,

just shy of his 83^rd birthday. A longtime member of the Still Bank Collector's club, Jim collected many things and banks were one of his favorites. He also founded a few bank collector’s groups. Jim wrote two books about his passion: Coin Banks by Banthrico (A Schiffer Book for Collectors) and Banthrico Banks and Beyond. He is survived by his wife, Paullette, his children, and grandchildren. He enjoyed researching banks and educating us all with his vast knowledge of the various banks made by the company, Banthrico.
